Allen Clark grew up in the real estate business playing in the brokerage office as a child then later helping his grandfather with his listings, apartments, and rental homes. He studied real estate in college originally earning his sales license in 1992, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA. Longing to be closer to family after his daughter was born, Allen and his wife, Frances, moved to the other side of the mountains where she, a Virginia native, accepted a leadership position at Virginia Tech.
In addition to completing six years of business school learning marketing from innovators like Truett Cathy, Allen has also accumulated significant experience in real estate sales, finance, residential, and commercial property management. He leverages relational marketing with technology to target potential buyers with a plan custom designed to obtain the best price for residential property in a timely manner.
